Q: What do I need to prepare before proceeding with crystal engraving?

A: Before proceeding with crystal customization, please make sure you need the product material, engraved product size, product budget and reference pictures. For example, I want a 5 inch skull made of fire quartz, and my budget is about $69. Please check the picture. [pictrue]

 

Q: After some customers receive the customized product, they feel that the product is not what they expected and they don't like the product, can they request a return?

A: Hello, we do not support the return of customized products. Since custom orders are special and we do not sell them twice after they are made, we do not support returns on custom products.

 

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A:Yes. For custom products we require a deposit in advance. The deposit amount will vary from 30% to 100% depending on the difficulty of the product, the material and some other factors.
