Q: When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 7 hours. If you are in urgent need of a price, please call us or let us know by email so that we will give priority to your inquiry.
Q: What is your best price for this product ?
A:The price is based on your quantity or the package. We will quote the best price to you according to your order.
Q: How long does the package take to delivery to my address?
A: It takes about 3--10 workdays to arrive your address by DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or some special line. And it take about 25-35 workdays to arrive your address by sea.
Q: How about quality assurance?
A: All goods will be shipped before checking the quality and we will send pictures or videos to you for checking, also we have quality inspection and you can pay by Trading Assurance via which we will get involved in the quality control as a third party.
Q：How about your after-slaes service?
A: If you find some problems when you received the goods, please contact us first and send more information to us, We will go all out to deal with the problem. If the product is damaged due to transportation, please give us more picture information about the package and product. We will compensate you or resend a new one in the next order.
